Dreams...

I Dream to be great at everything I do. I want to a great Engineer and Producer.

I want to work with the Best of the Best.

I want to be known.

I'm a perfectionist, I want everything with my name on it to be my best work.

Each piece has to be better than the last.

Style...

As a Live Sound Technician, I believe you are an artist. Once can not set the board and walk away. Live sound is a performance. A good engineer knows the music, knows what happens when to move faders. A good engineer knows the set.

This theory works best when the engineer is an extention of the band.
